About 16 hours of traveling later including a seven hour layover in Atlanta we have arrived safely here in Nicaragua. During our layover we played a game of Heads Up, lots of cards and ate plenty of food. There were some boys on their way to Jaimaica who tried to hit on us in the most awkward way...they even sent their chaperones over to try and invite us over. Mr. Keiper scared them off with a grumpy face and saved the day!
Tomorrow we have a busy day learning about the culture of the people we will be working with and how they live.
